Yes — free for Windows, macOS, and Linux. No subscription, no paywalled presence.
macOS says the app is blocked?
First launch: System Settings → Privacy & Security → Open Anyway, or run xattr -cr "/Applications/Milo.app" once. Windows SmartScreen: More info → Run anyway.
Do I need the Discord Developer Portal?
No. Milo ships with its own Discord application. Keep any Discord desktop client open, hit Connect, pick an activity.
